At BH Consulting and Design, our goal is to provide "the invitation that is right for you". There are no catalogues or books to wade through, as every invitation is custom designed to reflect the couple, and the style of wedding they are planning. It is a fun and affordable way to capture the look you are after and set the tone for your event. Coordinating accessories make it easy to create a theme or personalize your bonbonnieres. Sit down and relax while our professional staff calmly guide you through your creation in the comfort of your home or at the location of your choice. Select the perfect papers, graphics and layout required to capture your ideals. The entire process takes between 30-45 minutes.
A full colour proof will be ready for you to view within one week's time. Additional time may be required for invitations requiring photo editing, specialty stock or foil imprinting. Two revisions are also included to fine-tune your invitation to perfection. (Note: proofing is also available on-line for your convenience)
Our invitations are priced by the "set". Prices start as low as $3.50 per "set" (postcard style) and vary depending on the layout, options and/or upgrades you elect. If you do not require a full set for your function, our staff would be pleased to prepare a quote for you.
A set includes: Invitation · Co-ordinating envelope · Clear Seal · RSVP card · Printed RSVP envelope
There are 3 basic card layouts
- Postcard - $3.50* per set: Printed one side
- Fold-over - $5.50* per set: One fold - Printed two sides
- Tri-fold - $5.50* per set: Two folds - Printed one side
There are no additional charges for proofs, coloured ink, additional lines, etc., when you order a minimum of 50 sets.
An additional set-up charge may apply to orders of less than 50.
*A 10% deposit is required before we begin creating your full colour proof.
Please note that a 10% discount is applied when you choose a layout that is already in our portfolio selection.

- Specialty cut/fold/score: 50¢/fold + $10 set-up

- Bookmarks/Scrolls: $1.25 each + $10 set-up (min. 50)
- Napkins: $60 for 1st 100; additional 25's = $8.75 (min.100)

- Thank you cards: $2.00 each + $10 set-up ($1.50/set if ordered as pkg.)

- Menus/ Napkin wraps: starting at $1.00 (price varies with size)
- Seating Posters: $175.00 (mounted on foam core) $215.00 (mounted on hard board)
- Table cards: $1.50 each + $10.00 set-up (set-up varies with complexity)
- Place cards: $1.00 each or $1.30 with guest name + $10 set-up
- Custom labels: 2"x 2" = 75¢ + $10 set-up
(printed on white however custom label stock can me made with a your preferred stock as an upgrade)
